Privacy policy

This policy explains what information FitnessDesk collects, how it is used and the choices you have. It applies to the FitnessDesk website and software.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, gym details), the member, payment and attendance data you enter into the software, and basic usage and device information needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process subscription payments (through Razorpay), send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets, and respond to support requests.

Your gym's data

Member data you store belongs to your gym. Each gym's data is logically isolated from every other gym. We do not sell personal data and only access it to support you or as required by law.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

Retention and deletion

You can export or request deletion of your data by contacting support@fitnessdesk.in. Data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and backup purposes.
