By creating an account or using FitnessDesk you agree to these terms.
The service
FitnessDesk provides cloud software for managing gyms and fitness clubs. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
Trials and billing
Trials are free for the stated period. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, plus applicable GST. When a subscription lapses, access to the portal is paused until it is renewed; your data is kept.
Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure, make sure you have the right to store the member information you enter, and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, FitnessDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
